Synopsis
En 1963, un immigrant clandestin chinois s’infiltre dans un Hong Kong corrompu alors colonisé par l’Angleterre. Il devient “Ho l’estropié”, un puissant baron de la drogue grâce à sa ruse et sa cruauté. Il est aidé par Lee Rock, un inspecteur de police corrompu pour affronter les gangs rivaux.
